After more than 20 years as a PSIA-certified ski instructor and a mom to three ski racers, I’ve seen firsthand how many women struggle with winter apparel that just doesn’t work. Whether I’m teaching beginners in my local women’s “Learn to Ski” program or spending long days on the mountain with my kids, I hear the same complaints over and over: Base layers don’t fit right. They roll down, they don’t provide support where it’s needed, and they definitely don’t make putting on ski boots any easier.

The truth is, most brands don’t design for real women. Waistbands aren’t high enough. Compression is missing in the areas where it could make a difference. And let’s be honest—every pair of long underwear looks exactly the same: plain, black, and uninspired.

That’s why I started Snow Leopards. I wanted to create a compression base layer that actually works—helping you feel “snatched” so your outerwear fits and moves more comfortably. But just as important, I wanted something that looks as good as it performs—so you can wear it straight from the slopes to après, feeling confident every step of the way.
